The conference will begin with registration on April 7th and will end on April 9th.

Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate's responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Marina Bay Sands until 19 February 2014 for AACSB International Conference participants. Preferred room rate is 340 SGD per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB Conference block to receive the preferred room rate. The Marina Bay Sands must be contacted no later than 19 February 2014 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.

When making arrangements through travel websites or an agent, the negotiated AACSB rates may not always be available. Please request your travel agent to book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.

Only hotel guests enjoy privileged access to the signature experiences of the hotel, such as the SkyPark Observation Deck and the Infinity Pool.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night's room deposit. Deposits will be charged to the credit card after the cut-off date of 19 February 2014.

Alternate Hotel Options

Singapore offers many forms of public transportation including taxis, MRT (Subway), and bus service. Taxis are the most convenient way around Singapore. They are very accessible with numerous taxi stands throughout the city. The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) subway system is also a fast way to get around Singapore. The Bayfront MRT Station on the Circle Line is the closest station to the Marina Bay Sands. Once you arrive at Bayfront, please take Exit D or E, which leads directly to the Sands Expo & Convention Center. For additional information on public transportation, please click here.
